Yes! Domain registration and setup are handled by Medina Systems and managed under your active service plan. We handle the complete technical setup and configuration. Domains purchased through us remain under Medina Systems' account for the duration of the service. Upon cancellation, you may request a domain transfer for a one-time $25 administrative fee.

Simply email us the changes you need — update text, swap images, add a new team member, change your hours, etc. We'll make the updates and let you know when they're live. Our Launch plan includes basic text and image updates, Growth plans get more extensive changes, and Dominance plans include 2 hours per month of dedicated support time for any updates or modifications you need.

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer that begins 30 days after the initial purchase. Clients have a 30-day grace period after signup to cancel before the 12-month service term begins.

After the 30-day period, the 12-month service agreement becomes active and is non-refundable. Clients may request cancellation at any time to prevent automatic renewal once the current 12-month term ends.

You lease your site through Medina Systems. You may promote and use it freely while your plan is active, but ownership of the design and code remains with Medina Systems. You own all the content, images, and branding on your website.
